Explicity Foundation is a non-profit research organization dedicated to pioneering the next generation of healthcare infrastructure. Our mission is to bridge the gap between artificial intelligence and clinical impact through autonomous medical research, virtual experimentation, and intelligent diagnostic systems.

2. Information We Collect

To fulfill our research mission and provide high-quality AI services, we collect data in three primary categories:

• Behavioral & Interaction Data: We record granular interaction patterns, including decision-making sequences, response times, and problem-solving methodologies within our virtual labs.
• System & Technical Metadata: This includes IP addresses, browser specifications, operating system details, device identifiers, and session telemetry to ensure platform stability and security.
• Directly Provided Information: Any data voluntarily submitted through account registration, feedback forms, research surveys, or communication with our support teams.
• Anonymized Research Sets: We may process datasets that have been stripped of personally identifiable information (PII) for the purpose of training medical AI models.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

• Scientific Advancement: Studying human-AI interaction to improve reasoning capabilities in medical AI.
• Service Optimization: Maintenance and iterative improvement of MatrixLab and Virtual Lab environments.
• Safety & Alignment: Ensuring that our AI systems behave ethically and remain aligned with human health safety standards.
• Communication: Providing critical updates regarding system changes, security alerts, and research findings.

4. Research and AI Training Disclosure

As a research-centric entity, Explicity Foundation utilizes interaction data to refine its proprietary algorithms.

• Machine Learning: Your interactions may be used as training data for our neural networks to enhance predictive accuracy in healthcare.
• Publication: We may publish aggregated, non-identifiable research findings in scientific journals or whitepapers. Your personal identity will never be disclosed in these publications.

We implement enterprise-grade encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS for data in transit.

• Retention: We retain data only as long as necessary to fulfill the research objectives for which it was collected.
• No Commercial Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data is only shared with trusted academic partners or service providers under strict confidentiality agreements.

• Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

• Ownership: The AI models, codebases, research methodologies, and the name "Explicity Foundation" are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• User License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our Services for research or personal use. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of our models without explicit written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Explicity Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services, or reliance on any AI-generated output from our platforms.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any controversy or claim arising out of your use of our Services:

• Amicable Settlement: We both agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally through good-faith negotiations.
• Arbitration: If unresolved, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

13. Discontinuation of Services

We are committed to innovation, which means our Services will evolve. We may decide to discontinue, suspend, or modify parts of our Services at any time. If we permanently discontinue a Service, we will provide advance notice and a pro-rata refund for any prepaid, unused Services.
